The Ampoule Drawing Bottle Filling Machine is designed for automatic filling and sealing of ampoule glass bottles, widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotech industries. It ensures high precision filling and a secure sealing process. The machine is made of SUS304 & 316L stainless steel, fully compliant with the latest GMP standards.

The number of filling needles can be customized based on product requirements. Depending on the production process needs, a standalone ampoule filling and sealing machine or an integrated ampoule filling and sealing production line can be customized.

Features:

1. The machine adopts a rectangular transmission structure, ensuring stable ampoule transportation and reducing the risk of bottle breakage.
2. Equipped with a new clutch device, allowing the ampoule bottle conveyor to stop without shutting down the machine.
3. The machine adopts the horizontal discharge device and the bottle turning mechanism to make the finished ampoule out smoothly.

 

Working Principle of Ampoule Drawing Bottle Filling Machine

The ampoule pull-sealing filling machine operates through a series of automated processes to ensure precise filling and secure sealing of ampoule bottles. The working principle can be broken down into the following steps:

تغذية الأمبولة
يتم تغذية الأمبولات الفارغة تلقائيًا في الماكينة عبر نظام ناقل.
يتم وضع الأمبولات ووضعها في وضع مستقيم للمعالجة.

التسخين المسبق والتعقيم
تمر الأمبولات عبر منطقة تسخين حيث يتم تسخينها مسبقًا لإزالة أي ملوثات محتملة.
يضمن التعقيم بدرجة حرارة عالية بيئة تعبئة نظيفة ومعقمة.

تعبئة السوائل
يملأ نظام قياس دقيق، عادةً باستخدام مضخات تمعجية أو مضخات مكبسية، الأمبولات بالأدوية السائلة أو المواد الأخرى.
تم تصميم الفوهات لمنع الانسكاب والتقطير، مما يضمن الدقة والنظافة.

عملية السحب والإغلاق
يتم تسخين عنق الأمبولة باستخدام لهب الأكسجين والغاز.
وبمجرد أن يلين الزجاج، تسحب الملقط الميكانيكي عنق الأمبولة وتشكله لتشكيل ختم محكم الإغلاق.
تضمن هذه العملية إغلاقاً آمناً ومحكم الإغلاق، مما يحافظ على عقم المحتويات وجودتها.

التبريد والتحصيل
يتم تبريد الأمبولات محكمة الغلق ونقلها إلى ناقل الإخراج.
يتم جمع الأمبولات الجاهزة في منطقة مخصصة للفحص والتعبئة والتغليف.
