The Ampoule Drawing Bottle Filling Machine is designed for automatic filling and sealing of ampoule glass bottles, widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and biotech industries. The ampoule pull-sealing filling machine operates through a series of automated processes to ensure precise filling and secure sealing of ampoule bottles. The working principle can be broken down into the following steps:

予熱と殺菌

液体充填

プルシール工程
アンプルネックは酸素とガスの炎で加熱される。
ガラスが軟化したら、機械的なトングでアンプル・ネックを引っ張って形を整え、密閉シールを形成する。
この工程により、確実で気密性の高い閉鎖が保証され、内容物の無菌性と品質が保たれる。

冷却と回収
密封されたアンプルは冷却され、出力コンベアに運ばれる。
完成したアンプルは、検査と包装のために指定された場所に集められる。
