Manufacturing industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology research, food, and chemicals have gradually entered the era of full automation. As intelligent automation continues to advance, manufacturers increasingly rely on filling machines as essential equipment in modern production processes. With ongoing technological development, filling machines play an increasingly important role as key production devices in light industries. Below, we introduce the working principle of the Oral Liquid Filling Machine.

Working Principle of the Oral Liquid Filling Machine

The production process of Sidereal machine oral liquid filling machine generally consists of the following steps:

First, empty bottles are placed on the bottle feeder tray and transferred to the rotary table of the bottle feeding machine. Through the conveyor system, the bottles are then conveyed to the next station—the main unit of the oral liquid filling and capping machine.

Second, once the bottles arrive at the filling and capping main machine, the first operation is liquid filling. The filling volume is precisely controlled via the touch screen. The filling nozzle descends to the bottom of the bottle to fill the liquid. After reaching the preset volume, the nozzle automatically retracts with a suction-back function to prevent dripping and material waste.
The filled bottles are then transferred by a rotary table to the aluminum cap feeding station. A vibrating bowl is used to sort and feed the caps. When the bottle reaches the capping position, the cap is automatically placed onto the bottle mouth. This is followed by the capping process, which adopts a four-knife crimping system: two knives form the threaded section, while the other two knives complete the edge sealing to ensure a firm and aesthetic closure.

Third, after capping, the finished oral liquid bottles exit the rotary table and are automatically conveyed to the labeling machine. Once labeling is completed, the products are transferred to the cartoning machine for packing, and then to the palletizer for stacking onto pallets before being sent to the warehouse.

The above steps represent the essential core processes of the oral liquid filling machine production workflow. Additional processes can be integrated as needed, such as bottle feeding, bottle washing, internal and external bottle drying, filling and capping, finished product sterilization, light inspection, labeling and coding, and finished product collection.
