The automatic feeding system guides the empty containers to be filled directly into the bottle sorting track. Through a screw conveyor or vibratory feeding mechanism, the bottles are arranged orderly and deliverd to the filling station. Then the filling nozzle extends into the bottle and begins the filling process.
After filling is completed, the indexing plate drives the bottles in an intermittent motion under the control of a cam indexer. The bottles then move to the capping station. The caps are pre-arranged by a vibrating bowl feeder and delivered through the cap feeding track to the bottle mouth, where the capping device automatically places the cap onto the bottle.
The capping head then quickly presses down and tightens the cap onto the bottle neck, completing both the filling and sealing processes. Finally, the indexing plate transports the finished bottles to the discharge outlet, where operators can manually collect the finished products.
Under the effect of gravity, the finished bottles naturally fall onto the conveyor chain of the horizontal labeling machine for labeling, while the coding/printing process is completed simultaneously.
