As the spray filling machine is a fully automatic filling system, a higher level of automation requires more consistent specifications for pump heads, bottle diameters, and related components. For better machine compatibility, it is recommended to use bottles and accessories with similar specifications on the same machine.
Before Starting the Machine
Before operating the equipment, the air compressor must be turned on first. Confirm that the air supply and power supply are properly connected and functioning normally. Check the surrounding area of the machine for any abnormalities. Only start the machine after confirming everything is in normal condition.
Machine Adjustment
When adjusting the machine, always use appropriate tools. It is strictly prohibited to use oversized tools or excessive force when disassembling parts, as this may damage machine components or affect machine performance. After each adjustment, ensure that all corresponding screws and fasteners are securely tightened.
Daily Cleaning & Maintenance
The machine must be kept clean at all times. Oil stains, liquid residues, or broken glass fragments must not remain on the machine, as they may cause corrosion or damage to machine components. During production, spilled liquid and broken glass should be cleaned promptly to maintain safe and stable operation.
End-of-Shift Maintenance
Before each shift handover, clean the machine surface thoroughly and apply clean lubricating oil to all moving parts to ensure smooth operation and protect the equipment.
Weekly Maintenance
A comprehensive cleaning should be carried out once a week, especially in areas that are difficult to clean during daily operation. These areas should be carefully wiped down or cleaned using compressed air.
