Bottles enter the feeding plate, where a motor drives the rotary table. Under the guidance of a scroll mechanism, bottles move into the infeed track. The infeed track is driven by the main transmission system, which delivers the bottles to the indexing plate.
The bottles then move intermittently with the indexing plate:
First, the filling operation is completed at the filling station
Next, rubber stoppers are inserted at the stoppering station
Finally, bottles exit the indexing plate, enter the discharge track, and are conveyed out of the machine to the next process.
